Away Little Bit is a humble effort made straight from the heart — a blog created by a Punjabi, for Punjab. Someone who lives on this land, understands its language, and knows the real-life challenges faced by villagers, farmers, elders, and everyday families.
This blog took shape in 2025, when we realized one simple truth:
Most government information — whether it’s about land records, schemes, health services, or emergency help — is hidden behind difficult English and complicated online portals. A normal person from a pind often gets confused while checking Jamabandi, Fard, Mutation, searching for helpline numbers, or applying for a government scheme.
That’s why Away Little Bit exists.
The name comes from the idea of “Come here, let us explain,” and little bit means we break things down slowly, clearly, and step by step — in easy Punjabi and simple English.
This entire blog is run by one person, with love and dedication to Punjab and its people.
If any article here saves someone from an unnecessary tehsil round, protects them from a dalal, or clears a small confusion — that alone makes this effort worth it.
Thank you for visiting Away Little Bit.
